LIT (LEVO Interval Training)

Our classes consist of varying styles of interval training focusing on both and cardio inducing a metabolic reaction which can result in the body burning calories at a higher rate up to 48-72 hours later. HIIT can also increase metabolism, reduce insulin resistance, improve cardiac function, produce faster gains in endurance levels than steady state cardio training and can be an effective way to recruit/build type 2 fast twitch muscle.

Levo Strength is a fitness studio that specializes in group fitness classes; HIIT/circuit-training, traditional strength-training and powerlifting and Yoga and mobility.
We are a supportive community that will help you reach your fitness goals with results-driven classes, well-certified trainers, and a dynamic and inspiring environment!
Levo Strength is not just for the super fit and active. Our fitness classes are also for those who are new to working out, rehabilitating, or for those who have specific weight loss goals. We offer high and low intensity cardio training, strength training, small-group training and one on one personal training sessions
We keep the workouts fresh and get you fit – as well as great energy levels and great music. No two sessions are the same and utilize many different energy systems, making it an amazingly efficient way to achieve the results you want!
