LIT (LEVO Interval Training)

Our classes consist of varying styles of high intensity interval training focusing on both strength and cardio. LIT classes are designed to yield optimum results and will result in a faster, stronger, healthier individual with a greatly increased knowledge of exercises and body mechanics! LIT can increase metabolism, improve cardiac function, produce faster gains in endurance levels than steady state cardio training and can be an effective way to recruit/build type 2 fast twitch muscle.

Strong Club

We think when it comes to building strength, there are two rules: lift heavy and use multi-joint lifts with proper technique, i.e the squat, bench press, deadlift and other supportive barbell lifts.

Our Strong Club is a intelligently progressive, periodized strength training program that will dramatically strengthen your body, increase mental focus and scorch calories (both during and post-training). This program makes other training and physical activities safer with less chance of injury, and is a great foundation for a multitude of fitness and health goals!

Levo Strength is not just for the super fit and active. Our fitness classes are also for those who are new to working out, rehabilitating, or for those who have specific weight loss goals. We offer high and low intensity cardio training, strength training, small-group training and one on one personal training sessions
We keep the workouts fresh and get you fit – as well as great energy levels and great music. No two sessions are the same and utilize many different energy systems, making it an amazingly efficient way to achieve the results you want!
